Will we see Chelsea Gray on the court playing for the Aces? She’s been on the court on the bench, but it looks like she might return in an actual uniform for Las Vegas. The Aces certainly could use the former finals MVP and their leader, the point guard. And they are six and six right now. So not exactly a strong start. They have the highest link total coming into the season. Looks like that’s gonna be an easy under to cash.

In terms of this game, Las Vegas leading six at home to the storm. Recently, Seattle was about an eight and a half point underdog in Vegas, one outright. So this Vegas team has been really struggling, only three and nine against the spread. Aces coming off that loss at home last Saturday to the Liberty, really controlled the second half. And it’s the defense that’s been an issue. And I think there’s gonna be an adjustment period for Chelsea Gray and the team alongside of her. It’s gonna be better off in the long run. She’s excellent, former finals MVP. But it’s gonna get Jackie Young back out of the point guard role, same with Kelsey Plum, sort of off the ball more. I think the offense is gonna be fine against the Seattle team. Esi’s been fantastic, but I think Vegas will be able to score this. They can’t defend right now, and Seattle’s got a lot of weapons, so I like the over. It’s 169, but I still like the over in this one.

So that’s my official play. In terms of the side, I lean storm. My aces just should not be laying this many points, but when they face these really good teams like the Lynx at home, I was actually active at the game, and then Saturday against the Liberty, these teams are playing great and they’re hitting every shot. The Lynx were fantastic in that game. So give Vegas some time because they went to Phoenix, played really well, but the Mercury hit a bunch of shots. So these have been some really strong opponents, including Seattle on Wednesday. So I’m not ready to bury the aces just yet, but you got to kind of roll with the points, taking the points against them at plus six, but I am firing on the over.
