Despite a ninth-inning error costing them Sunday’s loss and a current 8-18 stretch, the New York Yankees enter the All-Star break as the American League and A.L. East betting favorites.

They currently reside in second place in the division but have -160 odds and +260 odds at DraftKings to reach the World Series. They are the third favorite at +550 odds to win the championship, which would be the franchise’s first since 2009.

The Baltimore Orioles lead the division by one game. The Boston Red Sox are 4.5 games back, while the Tampa Bay Rays are 10 games back and the Toronto Blue Jays are 14.5 back.

At 58-40, New York has the third-best record in the American League. Aaron Judge leads the A.L. in homers and RBI and sits seventh in batting average.

DraftKings is also offering +2000 odds for the Yanks to miss the playoffs. They are -10000 to reach the postseason.
