Team USA now -600 to win gold

After escaping significant upsets in two exhibition games prior to the Olympics, Team USA is now a bigger favorite to win Olympic gold in men’s basketball at -600 at DraftKings.

The Americans entered group play as a -500 favorite but following convincing wins over Serbia and South Sudan, those odds increased.

Canada remains the second favorite and has +900 odds. The Canadians are also undefeated through their first two games. Next are Germany (+1500) and France (+1800).

USA’s next game is Friday against Puerto Rico to complete group play. The Americans are 33.5-point favorites.
