This Grizzlies Lakers game is tricky because it’s a revenge spot for LA. However, you’re paying a little bit of a tax at 7.5 and no Ja Morant and Desmond Bane. Grizzlies just beat the Lakers. Morant said, “I don’t like them. They knocked us out of the playoffs.” He played well, but this is a different situation. However, both teams offensive efficiency wise are in the top 10. So I have me looking at the over 230.5, but again, no Morant, no Bane.
However, Anthony Davis is going to play had an eye issue in Sunday’s win over Toronto. Maybe he was going to have to wear goggles, but that’s not the case. So Davis has received full clearance. I leaned to the over. That’s as much as I can play in this game 2 of an ESPN double header. Too bad Morant’s not playing. There’s some tension between these teams in a good way, a competitive game, but I think we should see some up and down basketball. So I do lean to the over.
