33-4 Cavs not among top 3 title favorites

The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder in a high-profile showdown to improve to an NBA-best 33-4, yet they are not even among the top three title favorites at DraftKings.

The defending champion Boston Celtics entered the season as the favorite and that remains the case with +245 odds.

The New York Knicks are the next Eastern Conference team with +950 odds, yet they are currently the #3 seed and 8.5 games back of the Cavs.

The Thunder own the league’s second-best record at 30-6, having just seen their 15-game win streak snapped in Cleveland. OKC is the second title favorite with +270 odds.

The Cavs have +1000 odds, despite approaching the season’s midpoint with the top record. They entered the season with odds around +5000.

Denver Nuggets is the fifth favorite with +1300 odds. The Nuggets are currently tied for the fourth seed in the Western Conference with the Dallas Mavericks. The Mavs have +1400 odds.
