The show has been Emmy nominated 32 times and has won twice. Lakshmi is also the host creator, and executive producer of Taste the Nation on Hulu. On top of that, she is a New York Times bestseller as an author.

In 2012, Kevin Curry started a Tumblr blog called FitMenCook. He focuses on how a poor diet and exercise will not get you the results you want. Curry’s message is that “Our bodies are built in the kitchen, sculpted in the gym.” Curry also has created a meal prep app and wrote a book both called Fit Men Cook.

Caitlin Green started her food blog, Star Infinite Food, after graduating from Boston University. The 30-year-old found her passion in the kitchen as a 5-year-old learning how to make pancakes with her brothers. She uses fresh and organic foods when creating a dish and specializes in allergy-friendly and diet specific recipes. Green is also the author of “Just Eat Real Food” and offers virtual cooking classes.

Sarah Brunella was born and raised in Switzerland and says her earliest cooking memories all involve her grandmother. She started her food blog, Strawberries and Lemon, in February 2009 and has amassed a large following on social media throughout the years. Brunella currently works for a Swiss food magazine called Fooby where she develops recipes, cooks, and photographs.

Darius Williams is a food blogger and youtuber based out of Atlanta, Georgia, who owns the Carolina Pound Cake Company. His website supplies foodies with a wide selection of recipes (with a vegan section) and current news about the food industry. Williams has authored 4 different books including a keto diet and vegan cookbooks.

Zach Rocheleau (@theflexibledietinglifestyle)

Zach Rocheleau realized that nutrition is the linchpin to health and wellness while fitness is only one aspect of it. He concocted a bunch of low calorie recipes that didn’t sacrifice flavor and put one’s nutritional goals at risk in his cookbook. Rocheleau also instructs his Flexible Diet Nutritional Freedom course and is the creator of Protein Cookie Butter Powder.

Mikey Kay’s passion for barbeque and grilling started at age 13. The pit master started a podcast with his wife and put together his own food blog.
