Placing wagers on player props has continued to surge in popularity across all betting platforms, yet it isn’t a market focused solely on weekly matchups. Betting on Tom Brady to lead the NFL in passing or TJ Watt to lead the league in sacks are just two examples of a different way to get in on the action.
With that being said, let’s take a look at the best season long player prop bets to make, with all odds according to DraftKings Sportsbook.
Most Rushing Touchdowns: Jonathan Taylor (+350)
The injury suffered by Titans star Derrick Henry has caused this market to completely change. Arizona running back James Conner currently has the best odds to finish with the most rushing touchdowns (+120), but Jonathan Taylor of the Indianapolis Colts has a lot of underrated value at +350.
Taylor is featured on a prominent run-heavy offense with Indianapolis ranking among the top NFL teams in rushing attempts per game. He is the go-to option in the red zone and is in line to see a ton of carries moving forward as the Colts attempt to secure their third playoff berth in the last four years.
Meanwhile, Conner may not be a workhorse back for the entire season. Starter Chase Edmonds should return from a high ankle sprain within a few weeks and take snaps away. There is simply too much uncertainty here and that makes Taylor the best bet to place.

Most Receptions: Cooper Kupp (+150)
The Los Angeles Rams’ signing of veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. should not scare bettors away from locking in Cooper Kupp to lead the league in receptions. The fifth-year pro is quarterback Matthew Stafford’s favorite option in an offensive scheme built around a dominating passing attack.
Kupp is averaging double-digit targets per game and is on pace to shatter his career high mark of 134 receptions in one year. His versatile route tree makes him stand out among other candidates for this title. Kupp has proven he can get open deep down the field or act as a reliable dump-off option.
The only other player with odds set at less than +1000 here is Tyreek Hill of the Kansas City Chiefs. The elite speedster is much more of a hit-or-miss player, though. Hill is regularly shut down by teams that focus on not letting him beat them all by himself.

Most Interceptions Thrown: Trevor Lawrence (+500)
This market is tough to gauge because a number of quarterbacks have already missed or are set to miss some action due to injuries. For example, Jets rookie Zach Wilson has the best odds to lead the NFL in interceptions at +400. However, he is currently dealing with a sprained PCL injury and is expected to miss some time.
That leaves the door open for another rookie to pull away from the pack. Trevor Lawrence of the Jaguars is stuck on an offense that is constantly playing from behind, which means he is being called upon to pass the ball at an insane rate. The former No. 1 overall pick is also in no danger of losing his starting gig.
The Jaguars know that their future lies in Lawrence’s development, and it wouldn’t be shocking to see him make some more mistakes on the way. The 22-year-old’s erratic nature makes him a safe bet at +500 odds as long as he stays healthy.
