Welcome to the daily MLB player props picks! We’re looking at some of the most enticing player props and diving into why we like the picks.
Mitch Keller O 5.5 Strikeouts -142
Mitch Keller has been a strikeout machine this year and sits fifth in the league in strikeouts with 108 so far this season. Keller has consistently put up big strikeout numbers this season and he has struck out at least seven batters in 12 of his 15 starts. If he continues at this pace, Keller’s over should be a lock tonight, so I really like the over on him despite the line.
Shane McClanahan O 18.5 Outs Recorded +110
Shane McClanahan has been an absolute monster this season and is the current favorite for the AL Cy Young. Sporting a 2.12 ERA and 97 strikeouts so far this season, McClanahan faces the lowly Kansas City Royals offense tonight, who is in the bottom three in both runs scored and OPS. This is a great matchup for one of the league’s best pitchers and McClanahan has gone at least 6.2 innings in four of his last six starts. This makes me think the likelihood of McClanahan going deep into his start tonight is high and I love the value at +110.
Anthony Volpe to Record a Hit -145
Anthony Volpe hasn’t had the smoothest start to his MLB career, but he appears to be figuring it out as of late. Volpe has hit on an average of .273 in his last seven games, making sure to record at least one hit in five of those seven games. The Mariners starter, Bryan Woo, has a 7.30 ERA in his first three career starts, so this could be a good matchup for Volpe to continue his hot streak.
I really like all these picks tonight and if you’re feeling just as confident as me, you could parlay all these picks at +505. This would be a nice payout if all of these picks cash. Either way, best of luck to all tonight and hopefully we win some money.
