Sometimes the stars align where you can justify laying over $2 in a baseball game with a lineup that’s not very good. And I think we have that situation Wednesday night in the Bay area with San Francisco hosting Oakland. And that’s because Logan Webb is on the bump. Remember, he’s been lights out the past few years, including this year, home and away. Now, maybe not lights out with a home ERA of three, but certainly better on the road the last couple of years. And I think he’s going to bring it. Remember, this guy was a runner up in the Cy Young a year ago.

So the Giants are -205 favorites. Eight is you’re over under. And I really want to isolate Logan Webb, but I also want to isolate Oakland pitcher Ross Stripling. This guy is a gas can for sure. ERA over six. He’s been roughed up his last handful of outings. He’s given up five earned, six earned, four Two earned, five earned.

Five earned, six earned, four earned, did give up only two in Houston and then five earned. So this guy can certainly get touched up. So I want to go, I’m going to play this first five innings because I really just want to isolate Webb against Stripling. And then I want to do lay a half run. So the run line for the first five, you to lay -140. But I believe in this Giants lineup enough against Stripling. And then also the Logan Webb to pitch really well. Those things are a line. You obviously would take the money line down to 140, but you got to lay a half run. So a tie after five innings and you lose.
