So much buzz right now at the WNBA, obviously some of it making the news outlets and then obviously off the court stuff. But there is buzz and high viewership for that. Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese game on Sunday, well the Fever back at it, they’ve won two straight. They’re now five and 10, the eight seed right now. So they are a playoff team, Fandl has futures odds on them and they are favored according to the betting market to make the playoffs this year. Remember only four teams missed it, but.

We talked about how brutal the opening schedule was for Indiana. They’ve had time to practice and they certainly look better. Obviously playing a little bit easier competition the last two games, the sky and then the dream. Well, now they get the Mystics and it’s the largest favorite they’ve been all season. Minus four and a half at home are the Fever 165 and a half. Now this Washington team’s been frisky. They finally got off the shnide and got a couple of wins or two and 12. Eight and six against the spread, no Skyes on Thursday, on Wednesday, she’s out for about two weeks. Still no Shakira Austin’s. This team likely headed to miss the playoffs. They’ve been a training wreck, so to speak.

But Clark coming off one of her best games. I know she had that seven three pointer game, but this one she had 23, eight, nine. Nine assists, nearly a triple double. And I would lean to the fever. They’re just playing so much better around her. Specifically, Aliyah Boston has been so much more comfortable in the offense, I think Caitlin Clark’s letting the game come to her. And finally, Kelsey Mitchell, who’s an All -Star, is actually playing like it’s shooting it. I know she had a difficult off season on a personal level, so that took some time. And I can imagine it’s overwhelming to have Caitlin Clark, that circus that comes to town. It’s a shock to the system in rather than just occasionally. I think the fever, nice groove. I leaned to them. The four and a half’s pretty high. Maybe a teaser with another team, something like that, but.i

I think this Fever team has got something going here because they do have some nice role players. In fact, Fagbenle going to be coming back soon. So Indiana, not as awful as they’ve looked against the elite teams in the W.
