Bills present unique twist in AFC futures

The Buffalo Bills are perceived as the AFC’s biggest threat to the Baltimore Ravens with the second-shortest conference odds at +380. However, they have yet to even clinch a playoff berth, entering the final regular season weekend.

The Bills visit the Dolphins as three-point road favorites on Sunday night. A Buffalo victory would earn the AFC East title and a playoff berth. But the Bills can still reach the post-season with a loss, depending on the results of other games.

The top-seeded Ravens remain the distinct AFC favorite at +140 with a first-round bye. The Chiefs (+425) are locked in as the 3-seed and will host at least one playoff game. The Dolphins (+550) and Browns (+1400) have already secured playoff berths but their seedings remain undetermined.

The other three playoff spots will come from five teams: Bills, Jaguars (+1700), Texans (+3500), Colts (+4500) and Steelers (+10000).

Below are those teams with their corresponding odds of reaching the playoffs and who they face in Week 18:
