All #1 seeds odds-on regional favorites

The NCAA Tournament has reached the Sweet 16 with all four #1 seeds still alive, and each is an odds-on favorite to win their respective region.

Duke is the largest favorite with -190 odds at Caesars for the East Region. The other three all have -130 odds.

The Blue Devils are also the national title favorites with +215 odds at Caesars. The next favorite is Florida with +390 odds, followed by Auburn (+520) and Houston (+530).

The Gators (West), Tigers (South) and Cougars (Midwest) are -130 favorites to win their regions. The next-shortest favorite of any region is Tennessee with +230 odds in the Midwest. The Vols are the #2 seed.

Entering the tourney, Houston had +125 odds to win the Midwest but the other three top seeds were already minus-money favorites.
