After Lamar Jackson accounted for two more touchdowns in the regular season finale to help the Baltimore Ravens lock up the AFC’s #3 seed, his NFL MVP odds lowered from +225 to +185 at DraftKings.

Josh Allen remained the favorite before the final Sunday but his odds changed from -320 to -230, following Jackson’s performance. The Buffalo Bills quarterback took one snap before shutting it down, given the Bills have already secured the second seed.

Jackson is the reigning MVP and has better statistics than either of his two MVP campaigns. He has 41 touchdown passes and just four interceptions this season, along with 915 rushing yards and four more TD.

Meanwhile, Joe Burrow’s odds crashed the past few weeks, as the Cincinnati Bengals strengthen their playoff chances by winning their final five games. The QB closed as the third favorite with +1400 odds after being a 200-to-1 longshot a month earlier.

Three weeks ago, Allen finished with three touchdown passes, while running for another three TD in a 44-42 loss at the Los Angeles Rams.

Last month, in perhaps the season’s most memorable play, Allen recorded a unique receiving touchdown in snowy conditions on national television.

Allen completed a pass to Amari Cooper but as the wide receiver was being tackled, he lateraled the ball to his quarterback, who then raced to the endzone to score a TD by diving and extending the ball inside the pylon. The home crowd at Orchard Park celebrated and the primetime audience witnessed a dominating effort.

Voters must submit their ballots Monday afternoon and awards will be announced and presented over Super Bowl weekend.
