BMW Championship Betting Report

The FedEx Cup Playoffs continue this weekend at Wilmington Country Club in Delaware. Will Zalatoris came in as the favorite after winning the FedEx St. Jude Championship, but there are different faces atop the field heading into day three. It is looking to be a tightly-contested finish, but there are still some good value bets to make ahead of day three.

The Favorite: Scottie Scheffler

Scheffler is currently the favorite to win the event. The odds are at around +450 in most places, which is worth a shot. Scheffler is likely to go into day three at least within one stroke of the lead. If you don’t like Scheffler this weekend, grab one of the other top contenders at what is likely very similar odds.

Top Five: Cam Davis

Davis currently sits at six under after two rounds and will enter the third round one stroke behind multiple players in the top five. The odds for this bet to hit are around +360, which is much better odds than anyone he is currently tied with. Out of everyone that is six under after two rounds, a bet on Davis to finish in the top five is the best value.

Top Ten: Hideki Matsuyama

Matsuyama sits at five under after two rounds, which has him tied for 10th. The odds for him to remain in the top 10 are around +175, which is better odds than many other players he sits ahead of heading into day three. A bet on Matsuyama to finish in the top 10 could be a good under-the-radar value play.
