The Cleveland Cavaliers own the NBA’s best record at 33-5, and thus Kenny Atkinson is an overwhelming -380 favorite at DraftKings to win the NBA Coach of the Year award.

Atkinson opened the season with odds in the neighborhood of 20-to-1 but the Cavs are one of the bigger surprises.

Jamahl Mosley of the Orlando Magic is the second favorite with +1000 odds. Orlando is arguably the league’s biggest surprise, given the Magic are currently 23-18 and own the Eastern Conference’s fourth seed, despite injuries to Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner.
