Celtics enter playoffs as +120 favorites

The play-in tournament is officially over and first-round matchups are set for the NBA playoffs. The Boston Celtics (+120) remain the title favorites but there is a lot of basketball to be played before anyone hoists the Larry O’Brien Trophy.

The odds for the first round of the playoffs are on the move, so let’s review all 8 matchups/odds as we head into a basketball-heavy weekend. 

EASTERN CONFERENCE FIRST-ROUND ODDS:

New York Knicks (2) vs. Philadelphia 76ers (7)

Oklahoma City Thunder (9) @ New Orleans Pelicans (7)

Series Winner: Thunder -650, Pelicans +440

Denver Nuggets (2) vs. Los Angeles Lakers (7)
