Despite blowing a 22-point lead and sitting 7.5 games back of the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Boston Celtics remain the prohibitive -160 favorite at FanDuel to win the Eastern Conference.

Cleveland is an NBA-best 50-10 and just beat the defending champions in Boston. However, the Cavs have +270 odds to win the East.

The Celtics opened the game with a 25-3 lead but Cleveland rallied to win. However, Boston played without starters Kristaps Porzingis and Jrue Holiday.

Boston is the championship favorite at FanDuel with +190 odds but the second favorite behind OKC at DraftKings. The Cavs are the third favorite at both sportsbooks in the neighborhood of +700 odds.
