For the first time this entire season, the Philadelphia Eagles are the Super Bowl betting favorites with +175 odds at DraftKings.

Philly hosts the Washington Commanders on Sunday in the NFC Championship Game as 5.5-point favorites with an over/under of 47.5. Rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels and the Commanders have won their first two playoffs game as road underdogs.

The Kansas City Chiefs are the second favorite with +240 odds, while the Buffalo Bills are the third favorite with +260 odds. KC is a 2-point home favorite in the AFC Championship Game.

Whoever wins the AFC will likely be favored in the Super Bowl over either NFC team. However, the Eagles are currently favorites now because they have an easier theoretical path to the Super Bowl as larger favorites on Sunday.
