Following a dramatic win on Thanksgiving Day, Lions head coach Dan Campbell became a bigger NFL Coach of the Year favorite.

Campbell entered Week 13 with +160 odds but those were lowered to +120 at DraftKings, after the Lions improved to a league-best 11-1 record. Detroit also clearly leads the league with a +180 point differential. The next-closest team is the 10-2 Bills at +131.

While the point spread does not impact voting, it does measure performance in regards to expectations. Detroit is 9-3 ATS, which speaks to Campbell’s ability to keep his team focused despite being favored in all but one game.

Kevin O’Connell of the 9-2 Vikings is the second favorite with +375 odds.

Denver’s Sean Payton and Pittsburgh’s Mike Tomlin are next with +450 odds.

The Lions are also Super Bowl favorites with +290 odds.
