Top-ranked Oregon is the only FBS team to finish the regular season undefeated and became the new national championship favorite with +350 odds at DraftKings.

The Ducks will face #4 Penn State in Saturday’s Big Ten championship and are currently listed as 3.5-point favorites. That means Oregon is favored to have a bye in the playoff.

Oregon was positioned to be an underdog to #2 Ohio State in the conference title game but the Buckeyes were upset by Michigan in the regular season finale, opening the door for the Nittany Lions. Ohio State was the championship favorite but it is now the fourth favorite with +500 odds.

Third-ranked Texas is the second favorite with +425 odds, while #7 Georgia is next with +450 odds. The Longhorns and Bulldogs will face each other in Saturday’s SEC title game with UT as a 1.5-point favorite.

#5 Notre Dame (+800) finished its regular season 11-1 but it will not have a bye in the playoff because those four spots are reserved for conference champions. However, the Fighting Irish are slated to host a first-round game.

Given the uncertainty of the conference championship game results and the committee’s rankings, 19 schools currently have posted odds. Of course, only 12 teams will reach the playoff.

Army is the longest shot with 800-to-1 odds at DraftKings. The Black Knights are not expected to receive an at-large bid.
