Spurs rookie Stephon Castle is now a -185 NBA Rookie of the Year favorite at DraftKings.

This market has seen five different favorites and this current price is the largest odds of any all season. Plus, with the second favorite at +950, this is the largest gap between the top two favorites all season.

Memphis Grizzlies rookie Jaylen Wells is the second favorite. Kel’el Ware (+1000), Zaccharie Risacher (+1200), Zach Edey (+1400) and Alexandre Sarr (+1600) are next.

Castle is expected to experience better production, even though he does not start for San Antonio. His teammate and reigning Rookie of the Year Victor Wembanyama will now miss the rest of the season, creating more opportunities for Castle.
