New NBA Rookie of Year co-favorite

Following the best game of his young career, top overall draft pick Zaccharie Risacher is now the betting co-favorite for the NBA Rookie of the Year award with +350 odds at FanDuel.

The 19-year-old French national posted a team-high 33 points in the Atlanta Hawks’ 121-116 win over the New York Knicks as seven-point home underdogs. He shot 11-18 from the field, including 6-10 from three-point territory. Risacher’s previous high was 17 points.

Zach Edey of the Memphis Grizzlies is the other +350 co-favorite, after also beginning the season as the favorite.
