Vikings’ O’Connell now -1000 COY favorite

The Minnesota Vikings are the NFL season’s biggest surprise at 14-2, and Kevin O’Connell is the -1000 Coach of the Year favorite at DraftKings.

Minnesota defeated the Packers in its home finale and next plays for the NFC’s top seed to close out the regular season. The Vikings are 2.5-point road favorites against the Detroit Lions. The winner earns a bye and home-field advantage.

The Vikes entered the season with a win total of 7.5 and career backup quarterback Sam Darnold at the helm.

Dan Campbell was an odds-on favorite three weeks ago but the Detroit Lions lost at home to the Buffalo Bills. He is now the second favorite with +650 odds.

The Kansas City Chiefs own the league’s best record at 15-1. Andy Reid is the third favorite with +900 odds.

The Washington Commanders are having a surprise season with a 10-5 record and rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels. Dan Quinn is the fourth favorite with +2000 odds.
