Last time we saw Caitlin Clark on the hardwoods. He was playing in a thrilling finish with Angel Reese in the Chicago Sky. Reese in the sky. Get the W snap in the fevers. Four game win streak and now Indiana on the road. Little West Coast swing that starts in the Pacific Northwest against Seattle Storm 8 point home favorites here. Buck 66 1โ„2 is your over under. I think this line is pretty tight. A I really think Seattle is going to have a really strong stretch coming up. They play about four straight home games against inferior competition. A lot of new pieces that begin the season. Nneka Ogwumike was hurt a little bit. Now they’re really starting to find their groove. Just had a nice home win against Connecticut and handed the Sun one of the few losses they have.

So I think the Storm are going to start really gelling. Now the question is, can they cover eight? I don’t love it. I love any, excuse me, Seattle on a money line parlay something along those lines, maybe a tease, but that’s where I stand right now. I think the line’s right on point. The Fever with a few days of practice during this commissioner’s cup break, I think they’re going to look sharp as well.

So I expect some points, although Esi Magmedore, I love her presence in the paint, but I just like how comfortable Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell are now playing alongside Caitlin Clark. They needed that time. 11 games in the first 20 days, then they got to practice. Things calmed down with Boston and Mitchell. The offense is really clicking and everyone sort of understands their role off Caitlin Clark and she’s playing well without the ball as well. Better, I should say. And in fact, Benley should be coming back soon. So I think we see some points in this game and maybe a teaser, things like that. But I think officially the over is the play I like.
