Ingredients:
- Three (3) oz bourbon
- Four (4) oz lemonade
- Two (2) oz pomegranate juice
- Sparkling Water (optional)
- Lemon wheel or cheery for garnish
Directions:
- Combine the bourbon, lemonade, and pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Then shake until the container is cold.
- Fill a low-ball glass with ice (or any glass), pour the mixture over, and top with sparkling water, if desired. Then stir.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel or cherry.
The Black-Eyed Susan

Ingredients:
- 1 ounce bourbon whiskey
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce peach schnapps
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces sour mix
- Orange slice, for garnish
- Cherry, for garnish
Directions:
- Gather ingredients.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the bourbon, vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice, and sour mix.
- Shake well.
- Strain over crushed ice into a tall glass.
- Garnish with an orange slice and cherry. Serve and enjoy.
The Mint Julep

Ingredients:
- 4-5 mint sprigs, leaves only
- 2 sugar cubes (or 1/2 ounce simple syrup)
- 2-1/2 ounces bourbon whiskey
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Directions:
- Gather ingredients.
- Place mint leaves and sugar (or simple syrup) into a julep cup, collins glass, or double old-fashioned glass, and muddle well to dissolve sugar and release oil and aroma of mint.
- Add bourbon. Fill glass with crushed ice and stir well until glass becomes frosty.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
