Only one of the four one-seeds in the NCAA Tournament has plus-money odds to reach the Final Four.

At Caesars Sportsbook, Duke is -120 to win the East Region, Auburn is -110 to win the South Region and Florida is -115 to win the West Region.

Blue Devils star freshman Cooper Flagg injured his ankle in the ACC Tournament and missed the remainder of Duke’s championship run. He is expected to return but no official announcement has been made.

Houston has +125 odds to win the Midwest Region.
