The sports betting market is reflecting a range of opinions on the Eastern Conference Finals.

DraftKings, MGM and SuperBook all have the Boston Celtics as -900 favorites over the Indiana Pacers. FanDuel represents the highest price with -1250, while Caesars has the lowest moneyline at -800. Circa has -835.

Consequently, FanDuel is offering the largest Pacers payout at +710. Caesars represents the lowest at +550.

Boston finished with the NBA’s best record and is favored by 9.5 points at home in Tuesday’s Game 1. The total is 222.

To offset the high series price, bettors can attack other options. At Caesars, Boston is -160 for a series spread of -2.5 games. That means the Celtics would have to advance in four or five games (4-0 or 4-1) for the wager to win.

That means Indy is +130 to win at least two games. In each of the past two rounds, Boston lost at home in Game 2 as a double-digit favorite.
