The XFL’s second week of action brought another round of thrilling matchups, with each game providing its own unique twists and turns. Here’s a recap of what happened in Week 2.
The St. Louis Battlehawks took on the Seattle Sea Dragons in a closely contested match that went down to the wire. The Battlehawks managed to come away with a hard-fought victory, winning by a score of 20-18. The D.C. Defenders took on the Vegas Vipers in a game that was dominated by the Defenders. The Vipers struggled to get anything going on offense, and the Defenders’ defense proved to be too strong. The final score of 18-6 in favor of the Defenders was a fair reflection of their dominance throughout the game.
The San Antonio Brahmas defeated the New York Guardians 30-12. The Brahmas dominated the game from start to finish, with their offense and defense both performing at a high level. The Arlington Renegades faced off against the Houston Roughnecks in what was perhaps the most highly anticipated matchup of the week. The Roughnecks came away with the victory, winning by a score of 23-14.
